The Information Age has swept in voluminous amounts of Internet based, multimedia resources that can be used for solving problems, communicating, and processing information in the your classroom. Engaging and effective educators who use and/or teach with the digital content directly support their students mastery of Common Core standards.

Common Core Master App


Just as reminder there are online resources to quickly find standards by subject, grade, and subject category (domain/cluster)...for English/Language Arts and for Math.

This app includes standards for grades K-12. All of these resources great reference for teachers to EASILY and READILY explore, understand, and apply the core standards.

Gooru

Though still in beta, allows teachers and students to search for rich collections of multimedia resources, digital textbooks, videos, games and by educators in the Gooru community. Gooru Tutorial

Internet Archive

The Internet Archive is a non-profit digital library with the stated mission of "universal access to all knowledge". It offers permanent storage and access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, music, moving images, and nearly 3 million public domain books. If someone wants to look at a copy of Euclid's Elements from centuries ago, all they have to do is search the database. There are some editable versions as well!

New York Public Library Digital Gallery

NYPL Digital Gallery provides free and open access to over 800,000 images digitized from the The New York Public Library's vast collections, including illuminated manuscripts, historical maps, vintage posters, rare prints, photographs and more.

The Smithsonian Channel, a joint venture of the Smithsonian Institution and Showtime explores the history of our planet, life and culture. This website brings SCHOOL APPROPRIATE content from the world's leading cultural institution into a media-rich environment.

It is recommended that you find a partner with similar interests and explore your selections together.

If you have time, feel free to explore and evaluate another resource, just select the the appropriate Google Form above to guide you. HAVE FUN!
